What’s an instrument that looks like a pencil sharpener?

I’ve seen this instrument before and it looks like a sharpener. When you turn the handle, it makes a sound like a gear wheel. Can anyone tell me what it’s called?
Hum…
I looked at the pictures but they don’t look right and are probably not the one I’m talking about. The instrument is pretty small, like a size of an old-fashioned school pencil sharpener.

People who played these instruments were called organ grinders.
