What is the easiest instrument to learn to play in the highschool band?

Ok so Im going to join the band, but I just moved to a new school. Im starting 9th grade and I want to join the band. What is the easiest instrument to learn to play?

   Flute! You have to remember the notes and which keys they are but it gets so much easier!
