is the flute a difficult instrument to learn?
I’ve had it for less than a week and it seems way difficult for me. idk if it’ll be worth pursuing.
No-one can master an instrument after just one week, believe me. The flute is definitely not the easiest but it is not the hardest instrument either. You just must have a lot of patience and willpower to practice and keep playing and you have to learn enjoying it. It is definitely worth for pursuing it so please don’t stop just yet!

4 some people its not really difficult. It depends on what u r having difficulty with, producing the right sound and finding the spot that sounds really good, or the fingerings. It definitely is worth pursuing if u like the beautiful sound it makes.

I play the flute too (lessons 1987-1997, still as a hobby)
Hang in there, Flute isn’t to difficult but it takes years to really master any instrument…. listen to some Jethro Tull to hear what can be achieved
