How Many Doctors To Overlook GBS Infection
The following is from a reported lawsuit regarding group b strep As the report illustrates sometimes having several physicians leads to errors rather than the consensus on diagnosis and proper treatment. The first physician involved was the one who delivered the newborn. This doctor either missed or ignored symptoms that the child had developed a GBS infection.
The obstetrician then ordered that the infant be taken to the nursery. At no time, however, did the obstrician document or report any of the signs consistent with GBS. To compound the problem, the pediatrician who made rounds at the nursery likewise failed to take any action even though the baby was in respiratory distress. In only a few hours, the baby went into respiratory and cardiac arrest and subsequently ended up with cerebral palsy. As reported by the law firm that assisted the family with this lawsuit, the family recover a settlement of $5.7 Million.

Getting Your Ex Back
When you honk an encouraging message, getting your ex back becomes a lot easier because the power of encouragement exhumes remarkable qualities about a person.
To do this you must believe in people and your spouse or partner. Dale Carnegie said, “Tell a child, a husband, or employee that he is stupid or dumb at a certain thing, that he has no gift for it, and that he is doing it all wrong and you have destroyed almost every incentive to try to improve. But use the opposite technique; be liberal with encouragement; make the thing seem easy to do; let the other person know that you have faith in his ability to do it, that he has an underdeveloped flair for it–and he will practice until the dawn comes in at the window in order to excel.”
This philosophy to help your spouse or partner increase their own self-esteem will most certainly give your ex a positive vision about you that he or she did not see before.
There is hardly a higher compliment you can pay to your ex or any individual for that matter than helping him or her be useful and to find satisfaction from their usefulness.
Expressing our belief and faith in our spouse or ex can provide a purpose for their lives and dreams. Help your ex believe in him or herself more than they believe in themselves and watch them soar.

Choosing A Baby Gift
Is it a little known fact that having too much choice is
often more of a hindrance than a help when it comes to
choosing a perfect baby gift.
There is so much out there
from silverware to ceramics and from plush toys to clothing. So, before you start thinking about which item to purchase, you must consider exactly who the recipient is you are purchasing for.
The big question really is, “should you
choose something specifically for the newborn or a keepsake
that mum can store until the child is old enough to
appreciate it?”
In other words, you could select a beautiful keepsake box in which mum can store cute trinkets, treasures, baby’s hospital bracelet and his first lock of hair. This will be a beautiful gift that will be adored, especially if mum is a sentimental individual who will relish looking through the little keepsakes years after her child has left home. This will also be an item that will be well loved by the child themselves albeit at a later date.
Alternatively, a more practical gift could be chosen, whether this be a silver birth certificate holder or a ceramic first tooth pot. Silverware and ceramic items can be a little more costly but you can be sure that you are getting a certain level of quality when buying such an item. Subsequently, such baby gifts are ideal for religious events such as Baptisms and Christenings.
