Should You Use Medicine Balls?
Medicine balls are a great piece of equipment, but sadly they really don’t get used much by women in the gym. They can however provide a slew of different exercises to lose weight. Let’s take a look at some of these and see how you can use them.
The first one is the med ball clean and press. This is where you lift the ball from the ground all the way up to the sky. It’s a full range of motion and really helps you begin to build strength so you can move to dumbbells and heavier weights.
The second exercise is med ball pushups. These are much harder to do but doing pushups, and you can do them from your knees… but you put your hands on the med balls and do some pushups. This really works on your balance and builds you lean muscle so it’s a double dozy.
Third, you can throw the med balls at a cinder block wall at your gym. When you throw these as hard as you can, they really activate your lean muscle and help to build it. It’s also a great full body workout because the throwing motion uses your entire body. Try these out and start to use the med balls more in your workouts.

No More Excuses
I just had a conversation with my wife about exercising. She told me that she loves to workout early in the morning but that it is way to dark in the neighborhood to go walking. I told her that she could simply walk around in the cul de sac a few times as fast as she could and that would simulate walking through the neighborhood. This way she would feel safe. Listen folks we have got to cut out all the excuses to getting healthy. Put down the remote, cancel your Medifast diet program subscription and get up and get out of the house. No more excuses allowed.

What Do You Call A Corn Dog
Are you familiar with Dr. Ted Broer? If not, you need to become familiar with him. Dr. Broer has this nutritional program called the top ten foods never to eat and one of the top ten foods is high fat luncheon meat specifically hot dogs. In fact, Dr. Broer calls corn dogs rats on a stick.
How is that for a visual? And yes, he does actually use a visual aide that is in fact a rat on a stick. Pretty disgusting but sometimes it takes that to get the majority of us to curb our poor eating habits immediately.

The Relationship Between Asthma and Acid Reflux
Please lokk here:NutraCleanse
The environment that people live in today’s world is very much different from the environment hundreds of years ago. At present, you can see many places being abused by man, and pollution is just about everywhere.
Perhaps it is due to this polluted environment that many people get sick. Although one may not like it, the possibility of getting sick is sometimes unavoidable.
One of the many conditions that man suffers from is asthma. Asthma is a well-known disease which is characterized by breathing difficulties, with symptoms like wheezy breathlessness, airflow resistance, and occurrence of frequent allergies, stimuli hyper responsiveness, and nocturnal episodes.
Another disease related to asthma is the GERD or the gastro-esophageal reflux disease which is popularly known as acid reflux. You might have an acid reflux if you experience heartburn for more than twice each week. Heartburn is a symptom of acid reflux. The sensation is caused by the stomach acids which burns the walls of the esophagus.
These two diseases are said to be somewhat connected with each other. However, there have been no conclusive studies about this matter. What most doctors know now is that acid reflux worsens asthma. How is this possible?
When acid reflux remains untreated, the disease would simply get worse. The stomach acid will continue to go up until it reaches the mouth. But before it reaches the mouth, the lungs will be affected first.
A research showed that by putting acid into asthmatic people’s gullets it worsens their asthma. And so they reached the conclusion that asthmatic people get GERD more often. They further explained that this was caused by the chest changes due to big pressure every time the person breathes. The high pressure is said to force the stomach liquid to travel the wrong path.
People suffering from asthma should avoid getting acid reflux, but the sad truth is that they are the ones who are most prone to having it.
Studies regarding the connection of the two diseases are still continually being conducted because some pinpointed that if acid reflux is effectively treated, then the asthma should also be better. But they were disappointed by the results.
So if you are diagnosed with asthma, and you think that you also have acid reflux, then it would be better to consult a good doctor. They would help you a lot in addressing your asthmatic problems, as well as your acid reflux. Never take medications without consulting your doctor.
The doctor can give you medicines like the adrenaline and hydrocortisones. These are known asthma-preventers. If you can prevent asthma, then it might be possible to prevent acid reflux as well. Most medicines are better taken by breathing them in because it has fewer side effects to the body. Other drugs also help asthma, but again remember to consult your doctor first.
Asthma changes during a person’s lifetime. Some children outgrow asthma, but later on, it usually grows back. Adults suffering from asthma sometimes are never relieved from it even if they use medication. The aim now is to minimize the airway’s inflammation.
Whether you have acid reflux or asthma, the most important thing to do is to get proper treatment. Don’t wait until such time when the situation gets even worse. The time to act is now, be aware of the disease, and how it can be treated.

Revenue and receivables
In most businesses, what drives the balance sheet are sales and expenses. In other words, they cause the assets and liabilities in a business. One of the more complicated accounting items are the accounts receivable. As a hypothetical situation, imagine a business that offers all its customers a 30-day credit period And one that offers discounts as you can see hereMARIGOLD JASMINE , which is fairly common in transactions between businesses, (not transactions between a business and individual consumers).
An accounts receivable asset shows how much money customers who bought products on credit still owe the business. It’s a promise of case that the business will receive. Basically, accounts receivable is the amount of uncollected sales revenue at the end of the accounting period. Cash does not increase until the business actually collects this money from its business customers. However, the amount of money in accounts receivable is included in the total sales revenue for that same period. The business did make the sales, even if it hasn’t acquired all the money from the sales yet. Sales revenue, then isn’t equal to the amount of cash that the business accumulated.
To get actual cash flow, the accountant must subtract the amount of credit sales not collected from the sales revenue in cash. Then add in the amount of cash that was collected for the credit sales that were made in the preceding reporting period. If the amount of credit sales a business made during the reporting period is greater than what was collected from customers, then the accounts receivable account increased over the period and the business has to subtract from net income that difference.
If the amount they collected during the reporting period is greater than the credit sales made, then the accounts receivable decreased over the reporting period, and the accountant needs to add to net income that difference between the receivables at the beginning of the reporting period and the receivables at the end of the same period.
