On ipod certain instruments heard in one bud and others heard on the other bud?
You know how with some songs on your ipod, certain instruments will be heard in one bud and other instruments and vocals will be heard on the other?
For some reason this has always freaked me out and gives me a headache. I want to know if there’s any way to make it so that both earbuds play the entire song and it isn’t split up at all. Is this possible?
Okay, question still stands. Is there any way to convert the song so it doesn’t do that?
That has nothing to do with the iPod. Songs in mono only have one audio channel, so the same thing is just played in both ears. Songs in stereo have two audio channels, so that means that the drums can go on one channel, and the guitar can go on the other, for example.

What do you need to become a marine biologist?
At school, I’m doing a project and I need to know many things about Marine Biology. Such as, their salary, good schools, instruments used, history and many other things. We need at least 15 facts. Do you have any good websites I could use to get that information? Please don’t answer the questions for me because I need to make a bibliography, too.
Barry University, Miami, Florida, Marine Biology Concentration in Biology Major
Boston University Marine Program
California State, Long Beach: Marine Biology Major
^ Those are some of the best in america
A good marine biologist can work up to 110k
They study the plant and animal life in the oceans. They collect data and if a marine animal is sick they take it in and help it get better.
Marine biologists study the ecology and life of marine environments such as oceans, lakes, and ponds. They often work in teams with other scientists including geologists and engineers in order to assess the environmental impact of proposed development projects, pollution, and to research aquatic life.
Hope I helped =)

I’m a flute player, and I want to pick up a brass instrument, Trumpet or French Horn?
I heard that if you play trumpet, you could never go back to playing flute because your lips will be messed up, is this true? I heard that the French Horn is good for flute players because the way you put your mouth is similar? Which do you think would be better for me, if I still want to continue playing flute, and in your opinion which is the better instrument?
The french horn is used for orchestra and ensemble work, the trumpet is also solo oriented, covering a greater range of music by far,
but remember that brass needs daily practice to achieve anything and remain fit.
If you practice both instruments really hard, then I think you could play both. I am a trumpeter and can play some flute too

small dark spot appeared on tooth; did i really have a cavity?
hi everyone, i was eatting these pita chips that were pretty hard for about three days in a row and afterwards my teeth hurt. i looked in the mirror and noticed a small dark spot on one of my rear teeth that i had never noticed before. i went to the dentist and the assistant waved the diagnodent over the tooth and said it was a cavity. the dentist never checked the tooth with that pick instrument though and the x-ray didnt show anything. i have never had a cavity before but i trusted this new technology. the supposed cavity was removed with a laser drill and near the end of the procedure i had some pain as the laser was still drilling. afterwards, the tooth was filled with this composite material i was told to bite down and i could feel the filling lump. the dentist told me she was going to polish off the tooth and i said ok. i didnt know this meant i am going to take down all the tips off of this one tooth. ;/ now when i bite down, my teeth on the right side of my mouth are only making contact and i have to slightly shift my jaw so that the other operated side touches. i used to have tmj and my orthodontist corrected my bite and it went away. i’m afraid now that it might come back or some other problems might arise from this bad bite now. furthermore, its been a little over a month now and my tooth has an ache to it that is on and off since the surgery. i feel as though i have been wronged and i have not been able to sleep well since the surgery. was this really a cavity or should i consider legal counsel?
thanks for your time and responses ;/
i wanted to add that my teeth are in very good shape overall with no discolorations or sensitivities to hot, cold, or sweet foods. my mouth tends to create a lot of saliva as well. i also use listerine and act restoring mouth wash very very often throughout the day at least 5x a day.
thanks for the answers so far.
sorry if this was unclear, but the side of my mouth where the teeth are not making contact is the same side with the tooth that was operated on. this is why I am mostly upset, because to fix the bite, either i have to have the other side of good teeth shaved down to compensate or i have to go to the orthodontist again which will cost a lot!
high points on u r composite go to the same dentist n tell u r problem clearly as u told here sure he will correct u r bite

What brand of strings for violin and instrument do you think is the best?
I have played the violin for several years now(renting), so now I want to buy my own instrument. The problem is, I don’t really like the instrument shop near my house. So any suggestion please. Thanks
Go to swstrings.com.
That’s where I got my main violin, as well as bows and most accessories. It’s an amazing place to start out.
I’d recommend you call them, and describe to them your playing abilities and such. That’s what I did; they were able to recommend brands and products to match my needs. Then, they allowed me to test out the violins I liked, sending two at a time, until I fell in love with one.
There’s really no certain brand for anyone. Everyone is different, and everyone needs something different. So, try around, and see what you like. If you try something, and like certain aspects, but dislike certain aspects, tell whatever company you go to about what you do and don’t like, and eventually, they can help to specifically recommend instruments that are exactly what you need.
Personally, I particularly recommend Franz Werner violins — I’ve tested several, and own one; I always like them.
Also feel free to check out sharmusic.com, as well as wwbw.com. Kepharts is also good; I don’t know whethery they’ll ship instruments, but the service is amazing.
Good luck with whatever you pick :]

If you could have a country musician teach you to play an instrument?
What instrument, who would it be and why? (You can include musicians who have passed away.) I’d want Charlie Daniels to teach me to play the fiddle because I’ve always wanted to learn, and who better to teach me than a master, not to mention it would be just too awesome. I’d probablly be to awe struck to learn anything though.
I also think Chet Atkins would have been top pick but now I’ll go with Glen Campbell for guitar and Ricky Skaggs if I ever take up banjo.

What age is good to introduce child to musical instruments?
What would be an ideal age to introduce musical instruments to children without being pushy.
Does it vary between genders? And what would be the best to introduce 1st?
Thank you
As soon as possible. There is no wrong age.
Children are interested in sounds. Some children are interested in how those sounds are made and how they affect other people. Not all of them are.
It’s best if the parent plays the instruments as sort of a "modeling" behavior. But pushiness is not necessarily a bad thing. Children need guidance and discipline/boundaries — they need to know what the rules are because learning an instrument does not provide immediate gratification.

What Recording Equipment is best for my band?
I need to get a good, not too expensive way to record my bands music for the internet and CDs. we’ve got an acoustic, bass, drums, electric, keyboards, a singer, and random instruments I bring from the orchestra. We can record parts one at a time like a lot of programs do. but I don’t know where to go or what to get!!
Thanks!
Our CD will be fawsome! 100% fool!
since the cost of recording equipment is very expensive, you may want to all chip in and rent time in a professional studio that has everything and will cut you a demo.

instrument issues with my 91 Dodge Shadow Highline Convertible?
The speedometer works fine, but the odometer and trip meter don’t work at all, the tachometer jumps as you accelerate and the fuel gauge is sitting firmly below E regardless of fuel level. Is it likely that changing out the entire instrument cluster could fix all of these? Is there a history regarding the instruments on this model? I just bought it.
What occurs is not only do wires internally corrode but they can actually dry out and crack or the soldiering on the instrument cluster cracks.Actually bec these clusters are made mostly via machine especially it’s soldiered board ends up with minor faulty connections usually right from the very beginning. The key here is not only does Dodge use low grade or thin wiring in some of it’s circuits but solder itself will deterate due to the O-Zone and within 10 yrs a soldered board of any kind will end up requiring to be re-soldered by removing the old solder with a soldering iron and solder sucker and then soldering new solder step by step throughout the whole board especially the grounds.
I’d try to remove the cluster and then check the solder over and use a magnifier glass check it over closely bec more then likely it has bad connections causing your problem but remember check the wiring and it’s grounds.
There could be some U pick auto wreckers out there that still have vehicles that age like yours for you to remove a cluster cheap from but I’d still check it over and have it soldered bec it’s quite old, but you might find a vehicle like yours that has had the cluster assembly replaced on it.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way it’s possible via a dealership or a auto parts store to perhaps get a free print out of the cluster and it’s circuit and its wiring so you’d know where to look for the ground etc wires.Just note that most ground wires are black but some might be say black with a yellow stripe but still be a ground. When they use this type of wire code it just means that the circuit that their using the ground for is labeled by the yellow stripe. So reading color codes can some times be tricky and having the wiring info could help you greatly but remember even the factory sometimes changes the color of wire they use and they don’t note the changes in the diagram.
